1. Select Inquiries from the left-hand side and click the view by drop down menu. Select Status to view your inquiries by Active and Inactive.
2. Now select the Inactive Inquiry you wish to reactivate.
3. The only way to reactivate an Inquiry is to add a property to the Inquiry. On the inactive Inquiry, click the + button next to properties.
4. Now select the property you want to add to the Inquiry and click Add.
5. Refresh your screen and your Inquiry is now Active!
