How do I edit a floor
1. Navigate to the Properties page and click on a Property from the left-side navigation.
2. To Edit a Floor, click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) and click Edit Floor.
3. The Edit Floor popup will appear, and to add a new suite click the + button. To delete a suite, click the X on the right side of the suite. To edit the suite number or SF of a vacant suite, click in to the text box and type your changes. Please note you will only be able to delete and edit vacant suites. Once you have made your changes, click Next, to confirm your changes.
4. Here you will see any updates you made to the floor. Click Submit Changes to save your progress.
How do I edit a suite
1. To Edit a Suite, click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) and click Edit Suite.
2. The Suite Details popup will appear and you can edit the following: Suite Number, Floor, Square Feet, and Primary Use. Click Save to save your changes.
How do I mark a suite as a Spec Suite
1. To make a suite a spec suite, click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) and click Mark as Spec Suite.
Can I edit suites with active deals
You cannot edit any suites that have an active deal on them.
Who can edit suites and floors
Only users at the Admin Permission level can edit suites and floors.
